The staff were friendly. It was acceptable.
The room was small. There was hardly space to move around with my luggage. there was no air conditioning, and opening the windows let in street noise. the cleaning was inconsistent. They only changed the linen without replacing the towels after i had to ask for it. i was not impressed

The staff was friendly and ready to assist with any questions I had. I received a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival, a very nice touch. The bar service was available 24/7, a great convenience after a long day.
The room could use a bit more lighting, as it felt dim at times.

the breakfast selection was indeed great. the staff was helpful and efficient with requests. the subway station is nearby, offering convenient travel throughout the city.
the tv operation was a bit complex and took some time to figure out.

the room had enough space to move around and store my belongings. the shower had great water pressure. the bed was firm and i slept well. basic toiletries were supplied.
